1. Digital Products Only

All products available on SebastianSoulman.com are digital goods delivered electronically.
No physical items are shipped.

This includes:

  • guides

  • templates

  • PDFs

  • digital systems

  • downloadable resources

  • online materials delivered via email or Systeme.io

2. All Sales Are Final

Because access to digital products is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are buying a non-refundable digital product

  • the withdrawal/cancellation period does not apply

  • you receive immediate access after purchase

  • no refunds will be issued under any circumstances

This is clearly stated before checkout to ensure full transparency.

3. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will be challenged.
If you have an issue accessing your purchase, please contact me directly — I will always try to help.

4. Access Issues

If you:

  • did not receive your download link

  • lost access

  • mistyped your email

  • need the product re-sent

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally bought the same product twice, email me within 48 hours with proof, and I will correct it — either by refunding the second purchase or offering credit for another product.

6. Technical Problems

If a product file is corrupted or doesn’t open:

  • I’ll send a fresh version

  • OR provide an alternative download method

This is not a refund, but a guarantee you get the working product you paid for.

7. Unauthorized Sharing

Sharing or distributing digital products is strictly prohibited.

If unauthorized distribution is detected:

  • access may be revoked

  • no refunds will be issued

  • legal action may follow if necessary
